Hendrik Nolte is currently Professor of Medicine at the Department of Internal Medicine at Bispebjerg University Hospital of Copenhagen in Denmark. He is board-certified in internal medicine and respiratory medicine with special interest in allergy. His experience encompasses 15 years of basic and clinical research including phase I-IV trials with new respiratory drugs.

His scientific contributions include text book chapters, international guideline work, numerous peer-reviewed international journal publications on allergen extracts, in vitro diagnosis of immunologic diseases as well as more than 150 international oral presentations on the above subjects.

Apart from clinical practice he has also held Medical Director positions at Roche Biomedical Laboratories; Hycor Biomedical, and ALK-Abello, Inc in the United States. Currently, Dr. Nolte is also President of Allergy Consult, Llc, which is a consulting group with an office in Connecticut, USA. This group works on numerous academic and business assignments between Europe, Asia and North America covering areas such as evaluation of new diagnostic methods, patents, clinical trials, and regulatory work with an emphasis on allergic-and immunologic diseases.
